Ordering and Delivery Information
- All confirmed orders will receive
an "Order Confirmed" acknowledgement indicating that the
order is processed.
- We provide free delivery for our
products above $500 to almost all part of mainland Singapore
and only charge a nominal fee of SGD25 if the selling price
is lesser than that. " Prices reflected on the website is
a nett price.
- For gifts sending to islands (example:
Sentosa) and some remote part of the mainland Singapore
(example: Ama Keng Road), we will impose a higher delivery
surcharge.
- Upon confirmation of orders, it will
takes between 21-30days (excluding public holidays and weekends)
for the product to be ready for collection.
- Our company will not be liable for any damages if merchandise is not collected after 30 days from the date of receipt. Order and deposit will be forfeited if merchandise is not collected after 30 days from the date of receipt.
- As this is a 3D caricature dolly,
we promise our customers a 60 - 70% resemblance to the photo
supplied but not the real person as artists refers to the
photo to hand-make the dolly.
Payment Modes
- Bank transfer will be arranged once
orders are confirmed by our staffs. " This applies only
to Singapore orders.

Cancellation of Order
- Once orders are being confirmed,
no cancellation of orders will be entertained. Customers

- No refund will be entertained once orders are made.
